Springfield Armory Tactical Response Pistols are inspired by the Custom Professional Model HRT 1911 developed by Springfield Armory for the FBI. Built for reliability and suited for defense and combat applications all TRP models start with a select fit forged frame and slide. The rugged Cerakote finish is environmentally resistant and self-lubricating, while its service-length match grade stainless steel barrel is competition-proven for close quarters performance. Also features extended bilateral thumb safety, three-dot tritium night sights, 20 line-per-inch checkering on the front strap and mainspring housing offers the ideal grip for demanding operations. The three-dot tritium night sights include a tactical rack low-profile rear sight so you can charge the gun on a handy hard surface. A G.I. Style 18.5-lb. recoil spring helps mitigate recoil, while the ambidextrous extended thumb safety and extended Gen 2 Speed Trigger offer comfort and control. Includes two magazines and soft case.
